This will be a boring post since last night I didn't do anything :D I went home, took a nap, woke up to eat some dinner and watch a little bit of TV and then went right back to bed. All the weekend activity caught up with me and yesterday the only thing I could think of was sleep :(
Today I feel much more rested-- just in time for track tonight! Last week Coach Gary thought that we may be starting hill training this week but I guess we're not starting that until the 21st. I'm not sure WHAT we'll be doing tonight, but at least it won't be hills... not yet :)
